问题描述：
WindowsXP系统右键点击本地连接属性时弹出“发生意外错误”的报错。
适用系统：
Windows XP
解决方案：
开始-运行-输入
regsvr32 %systemroot%\\system32\\netshell.dll
然后再次运行
regsvr32 %systemroot%\\system32\\ole32.dll
注：%systemroot%为系统根目录路径
经实测问题解决。即可排除。
